Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick Evans is seeking a Team Member to work directly with guests and fellow team members across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production. You will complete CSCU training to flawlessly execute duties and uphold the 10 Non-Negotiables while spreading joy throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating the POS, restocking, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and take food/beverage orders, expediting orders and assisting with dining room service.
• Operate POS system accurately for guest orders and payments.
• Restock and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Prepare food items following CSC portion sizes, recipes and standards.
• Attend scheduled meetings and follow CSC policies and procedures.
