Job summary

Seaport Hotel in Boston seeks a Public Space Attendant to maintain lobby, restrooms, entrances, and public areas to the highest standards. You'll work in teams, respond to guest requests, and contribute to a polished guest experience throughout the 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, restrooms, exterior spaces, stocking supplies, assisting housekeepers, and supporting safety and hotel missions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and courteous guest interactions.
• Clear verbal communication and ability to respond to guest requests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile on feet for long shifts.
• Experience in hospitality and working with diverse teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, mezzanine, and plaza levels.
• Rotate through public and employee restrooms, restocking supplies.
• Clean and organize public areas, including exterior spaces, to hotel standards.
• Support housekeeping by assisting with cleaning and turnover of guest rooms as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain supplies in closets and service areas.
