Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality’s Seaport Hotel is seeking a Public Space Attendant to maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, entrances, and exterior spaces. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while delivering proactive, high-quality service to guests.

Typically scheduled in teams of two, attendants must be ready to assist guests and support housekeeping during busy events, with morning and afternoon/evening shifts and regular

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobby, restrooms, entrances, and exterior.
• Rotate through public and employee restrooms, restocking supplies.
• Clean and organize public spaces to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with requests and provide courteous service.
• Support housekeeping staff and help with turnover of guest areas.
• Handle biohazard cleanup when required.
