McKibbon Hospitality seeks a Food Runner to deliver food from the kitchen to tables, clear dishes, and assist with station prep. You’ll help maintain a clean service area and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a food service position.
• Experience working at a hotel establishment (highly desired).
• Experience with maintaining safety requirements (highly desired).
• Knowledge of maintaining guest satisfaction scores.
• Ability to work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ability to ensure all sanitation practices are followed.
• Ability to setup attractive food displays.

Responsibilities

• Run food and beverages to and from the kitchen according to company and brand standards.
• Service guests’ orders as requested and as align with company and brand standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishware.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and/or silverware from the pantry to serving counters.
• Collect dirty dishes and tableware and run them through the dishwasher.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area.
• Clean spilled or broken items, and remove trash as needed.
• Mop or vacuum floors.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers, and stock and/or refill condiments.
