Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time food runners to deliver and describe all menu items, interact with guests, and support servers, bartenders, and chefs in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a strong commitment to hospitality and teamwork. Training includes Tao Group in-venue food runner training, with opportunities across a portfolio of global brands.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and accommodate all needs of the guests.
• Provide professional and exceptional service.
• Describe all food items to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain general cleanliness of stations and venue.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and be a team player.
• Solicit allergies or dietary restrictions from guests and communicate to management.
• Communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams.
