Job summary

Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians is hiring a part-time food and beverage server for the Indian Canyon Golf Resort in Palm Springs, CA. You will provide knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous service to casino and hotel guests, maintaining the station and supporting fellow team members.

The role requires knowledge of the menu, drinks, and wine lists, with emphasis on accurate service sequence and excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and courteous service of food and beverages.
• Ability to follow service sequence and maintain station.
• Experience in full-service dining preferred for steakhouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Know menu, specials, beverages and wine lists.
• Follow correct service sequence at all times.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset as needed.
• Assist other servers to deliver best possible service.
