Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA, is seeking a reliable part-time Food & Beverage host to perform counter service, cashier duties and guest seating across multiple outlets, ensuring a warm, efficient guest experience.

You will take orders, input transactions, handle cash, answer phones, and assist with light food prep and packaging as needed; maintain balance with cages, stay current on offerings, and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous cash handling and dining room host experience preferred
• Attend and complete California Department of ABC Lead Training Program
• Must be able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment

Responsibilities

• May perform food and beverage counter service including order taking, packing and food delivery.
• Input and control ordering through register for each transaction, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
• Seat guests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner while ensuring equal distribution of guests among servers.
• Answer phones and directs calls appropriately.
• Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
