Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs in Palm Springs, CA 92262 is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage server to provide attentive, friendly service to casino and hotel guests.

You will know the menu, assist other servers, maintain your station, and ensure service standards while following internal controls and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Restaurant & 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining preferred.

• Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Job Description Summary

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time. Also, may be subjected to a smoke-filled environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but will escalat when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
