You will support dining operations, ensure accurate transactions, and help uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Six months fast food service or restaurant service experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dining room, service and kitchen staff to track orders, payments and charges.
• Validate payment methods, complete transactions and provide receipts.
• Count cash drawers at shift start to ensure correct amounts and change.
• Process various payment forms and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Keep the checkout area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Maintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables using the POS system.
• Answer customers' questions and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Ensure kitchen orders meet presentation and guest requests; monitor quality.
• Keep service area clean, stocked, and communicate wait times to staff.
• Learn Front of House basics, bag to-go orders, and accommodate special requests.
• Attend briefings and perform other duties to support department operations.
