Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Six months fast food service or restaurant service experience or equivalent.
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25-50 pounds.
• Virginia Racing Commission License is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least three years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dining room, service and kitchen staff to track orders, payments and charges.
• Validate payment methods, complete transactions, and provide receipts.
• Count cash at shift start to ensure correct amounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area and service station.
• Ensure orders meet presentation standards and guest requests are fulfilled.
• Assist with to-go orders and briefings as scheduled.
