Job summary

Comedy Barn in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a part-time Concessions Attendant to greet guests, operate a POS, and prepare beverages and snacks as guests arrive and during intermission.

This role requires weekends and a starting time around 2 pm, with standing for long periods. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a Tennessee ABC Server Permit to comply with food service regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a Tennessee ABC Server Permit.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the attraction and provide information of the offered products.
• Operate a POS system to complete accurate transactions, including the collection of payments.
• Prepare beverages and snacks from our wide variety of menu options for guests as they arrive and during intermission.
• Understand food/drink allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with an allergy.
• Prep menu items, stock, and clean behind the concession stand as necessary.
• The concessions position may require cross-training for gift shop duties.
