Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee Attendants, coordinate setup and service for catered events, and serve as the first contact for clients and guests. You will address concerns with urgency and professionalism.

You will supervise staff, assist with recruiting, scheduling, training, and ensure safe facilities, proper sanitation, and compliant operations across all functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Catering Attendants and supervise setup, service, and breakdown of functions.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, and training catering staff; coach for peak performance.
• Maintain safe facilities and uphold food production, handling, sanitation, dress, and hygiene standards; report safety/quality issues to management.
