Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and anticipate needs.

• Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down catered events according to group requirements and management direction.
• Restock items for next service and store reusable items properly.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and escalate when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to the manager.
