• Proactively educate guests on all wax pass options, current promotions, benefits of waxing regularly, and prebooking. Provide knowledge of the retail line.
• Uphold standards and protocols at all times, addressing inquiries, booking reservations, and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized and inviting front desk and lobby area, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
