Job summary

Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, part of Caesars Entertainment, is seeking a courteous waitperson to provide prompt food service for Harrah’s and Caesars Republic guests. Candidate requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of waitstaff experience, fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• 2 years waitperson experience preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to uphold highest integrity and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers at assigned station quickly, courteously and efficiently to ensure the department guarantee is satisfied.
• Assists customers in ordering from the menu and records items on the check according to procedures.
• Obtains food and beverages and serves customers according to procedures.
• Processes checks through the POS system and presents for payment at dining end.
• Delivers alcoholic beverages promptly from the bar to tables.
• Assists in cleaning and resetting tables and guiding guests to tables in their section.
