Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a dedicated team member for its Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties. The role involves cleaning and resetting dining tables, ensuring an adequate supply of china, glassware, and silverware, and assisting wait staff to deliver quick, courteous service to guests.

You will need to read and write, lift up to 60 lbs, and operate in a high-activity hospitality environment. This is a frontline customer-facing position in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• Ability to read and write.
• Uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware and other restaurant accessories at assigned stations.
• Clears tables of all items after customers leave and places dirty dishes in the dishwasher area.
• Sets tables for service.
• Escorts guests from podium to assigned station in a professional, courteous manner and clears unneeded silverware and china after seating.
• Assists and takes direction from Wait staff to promote fast, courteous service.
• Familiarizes self with the food menu and preparation times to provide correct information to guests.
• Adheres to principles of excellent guest service and interactive skills.
