Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Lake Tahoe is seeking a friendly server to provide prompt, courteous food service at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. The role requires fluent English, excellent guest service, and 2 years of waitstaff experience preferred.

You will take orders, input them in the POS, deliver beverages, clear tables, and assist with side work while upholding the highest standards of integrity in a regulated hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years waitstaff experience preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Above average communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Acts as a role model to team members and upholds Caesars policies.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers at assigned station quickly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Takes orders from customers and records items in the check per procedures.
• Delivers food and beverages from prescribed locations to tables.
• Observes guests to fulfill additional requests and note when meal is finished.
• Processes checks through the POS system and presents for payment.
• Assists with cleaning and resetting tables and guiding guests to tables.
• Assists bussers to ensure efficient service.
• Completes assigned side work and stays familiar with all menu items.
