Job summary

Crossroads Church in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Multisite Connections Director to join the team beside the Connections Site Director. You will help lead volunteers, build teams, and implement systems that make each site welcoming and easy to join.

You will develop high-capacity volunteer leaders, enhance guest and volunteer experiences, and guide pathways from first visit to fully engaged Christ-followers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and multiply high-capacity leaders and volunteer teams.
• Strong connector: naturally builds authentic relationships and networks.
• Excellent communicator (oral and written).
• Strong organizational skills and proactively solves problems.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading large teams and events preferred.
• Performs effectively under pressure and strict time constraints.
• Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to changing and fluid environment.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and grow a strong volunteer community to ensure every guest feels seen, welcomed, and invited into Crossroads.
• Support planning, preparation, and execution of weekend experiences.
• Assist the Connections Site Director with broader all-site projects and initiatives.
• Help people get connected and engage in proven practices.
