Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Driver/Bellperson in Irvine, CA to safely drive guests between the airport and hotel, assist with luggage, and provide excellent guest service throughout the stay.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver's license, and a clean driving record. This full-time position offers a range of benefits and is based on-site at our Irvine properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Must not have any moving violations on driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van to and from the airport according to scheduled van runs and assist guests during their stay.
• Load and unload luggage carts and escort guests to rooms, familiarizing them with hotel services and amenities.
• Assist Front Desk Team and Housekeeping as needed to maintain service levels and a clean work environment.
• Provide information, maps, and directions; answer phones to assist guest service agents; support Front Office operations as necessary.
