Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure exceptional guest services and lead a small team at a designated location. The role includes recruiting, training, evaluating and disciplining associates, while aligning operations with client expectations and financial metrics.

You will manage onboarding, coaching and performance appraisals, and maintain regular client communication to exceed service levels. The position requires hospitality experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit and onboard new associates; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain regular communications.
• Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity and turnover.
• Oversee revenue reporting, shift reports and compliance with timekeeping.
