Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Guest Experience Host to deliver personalized, memorable service from arrival to departure. You will tell the property story, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality while guiding guests to events, amenities and local attractions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with back-of-house teams, handling guest requests with care, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of guest-facing hospitality or customer service experience.
• Luxury or high-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a passion for elevating experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team members.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and anticipation of guest needs.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to learn reservation and POS systems quickly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of positive, professional interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Work closely with back of house teams to fulfil guest needs and requests.
• Maintain a strong focus on guest experience and exceed expectations, resolving concerns or complaints.
• Welcome guests into the unique accommodation experience by articulating the property story and mindset.
• Deliver refined seamless service while maintaining confidentiality for guest safety and comfort.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel events, amenities, local attractions and experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality with all guest information.
• Acknowledge special occasions and coordinate upgrades and amenities when applicable.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with proactive, thoughtful service.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Protect company assets and guest information; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as needed at the property.
