Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in hospitality.
• Confident driver with the ability to maneuver vehicles safely in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles and manage tickets.
• Assist with luggage and deliver bags to rooms as needed.
• Provide directions and information about the area and hotel services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming valet stand and lobby area at all times.
• Support front office with additional duties and incident reports when required.
