Towne Park is seeking a Traffic Coordinator in Arkansas to direct vehicular traffic and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will issue valet tickets, greet guests, and support the location's parking operations with professional, friendly service.

Responsibilities include directing guests, providing area information, maintaining privacy, and assisting with luggage when needed. This role requires reliability and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 months related experience or an equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures.
• Ability to read and write standard English and communicate clearly.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and money handling.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to guests.
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries; provides local area information.
• Maintains guest confidentiality and HIPAA-related privacy practices.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles promptly; assists with luggage as applicable.
