Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality at our Boston area location. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, and help guests with directions and inquiries. The role emphasizes friendly service and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The position runs Mon-Fri, with an hourly base pay of $17 plus tips, and requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Training provided and benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license or be within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Skills include basic English reading/writing and math ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and area information.
• Explain parking rates and manage ticketing, receipts, and revenue.
• Open doors and ensure safe vehicle handling for guests.
