Job summary

Towne Park LLC is looking for a dedicated Guest Service Associate in Boston, MA to deliver exceptional hospitality, park and retrieve vehicles, and assist guests with luggage while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience. Shifts are 11pm-7am on weekends; benefits include 401k and insurance options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly hospitality at all times.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests.
• Maintain accurate ticket information and guest folios.
• Deliver messages and items as requested.
