Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Portland, OR to provide exceptional hospitality while parking and retrieving guest vehicles. You will assist with luggage, deliver items, and greet guests with a friendly, efficient service mindset.

Responsibilities include explaining rates, processing tickets, and maintaining accurate vehicle information. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 1 month of related experience are required; shifts vary across am/pm times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commute within distance.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and parking of vehicles.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Operate keyboard systems and capture required ticket information.
