Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Portland, OR to deliver exceptional hospitality services. You will park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information.

The role includes overtime and night shifts (11pm–7am) as part-time work and requires a positive, customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities include handling parking transactions, issuing claim checks, and maintaining accurate ticket records while ensuring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services when needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Accurately post tickets, manage keys and collect payments as required.
