Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Able to read/write English and handle basic math operations.
• Understand time systems (24-hour/military time) and parking rate structures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local area information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue and collect keys and claim checks.
• Accurately complete guest folios, tickets, and vehicle tracking in the system.
