SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT in Orlando is seeking enthusiastic Sales Ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service, share product information, and upsell when appropriate. You'll become part of a dynamic team that helps guests enjoy memorable experiences at the park.

The role focuses on greeting guests, answering questions, operating the cash register, and maintaining accurate pricing and displays. Prior retail experience is valued, and the position offers a fun, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Outgoing personality with strong English language communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests.
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues.
• Assist guests with product information.
• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure merchandise is properly and accurately price marked.
• Take regular and special inventory counts.
• Minimize losses due to damage or theft.
• Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays.
• Keep all assigned areas clean.
