Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Sales Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service, provide product information, and upsell when appropriate. You will ensure a positive shopping experience and operate a point-of-sale system to complete transactions.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with product details, stocking and maintaining displays, and keeping areas clean while helping to minimize losses and maintain accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
• Outgoing personality with strong English language communication skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and learn/use point of sale system.
• Flexibility, dependability and integrity.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
