Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Secaucus to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on their feet, managing the line, and supporting office tasks as needed.

You will monitor food safety, resolve incidents, coordinate schedules, and help develop future Service Leaders while contributing to a clean, efficient operation. This position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write/speak the work location language.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line operations and ensure proper hand washing and glove use.
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive customer experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and supply management.
• Keep office equipment and supplies running.
