Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Hershey, PA is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome Fans, assist with seating, take calls, and guide To-Go orders. This role supports fast, hospitable service in a high-volume environment.

You will use the POS system, balance cash, and help ensure accuracy in transactions while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Flexible scheduling and opportunity for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door and by phone.
• Answer the phone with a friendly greeting and assist Guests.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders; educate Fans on items.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with transactions.
• Run food from Expo and pre-bus tables as needed.
• Seat Fans promptly and manage seating with the floor plan.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and station as required.
• Assist with opening, shift change, and closing checklists.
• Provide exceptional To-Go experiences, including parking lot delivery if needed.
• Communicate questions or concerns to Coaches as appropriate.
