Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Excellent communication and friendly customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly and manage the door for a welcoming experience.
• Answer the phone with the correct greeting within 3 rings.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders; educate Fans on menu and retail items.
• Keep greeting station and retail areas well stocked and tidy.
• Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience and assist with seating per floor chart.
• Balance cash drawer as needed and follow safety and sanitation policies.
