Primanti Bros seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, answer phones, and guide guests to seating with a positive, high-energy demeanor. You will handle take-out orders, educate fans on menu items, and contribute to a smooth, fast-paced service flow.

This role emphasizes hospitality, accuracy in order handling, and a willingness to assist in various guest-facing tasks. Applicants should be able to read and write English, communicate well, multitask, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
• Able to operate the POS system for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the door and over the phone.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders and assist with retail items.
• Seat guests promptly and manage wait times efficiently.
• Provide fast, friendly service and hospitality for to-go and dine-in guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the greeting station and surrounding areas.
