Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English clearly.
• Good communication, friendly and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous and multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to operate the POS system for orders and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door or on the phone to create a welcoming impression.
• Answer the phone promptly with the correct greeting, within three rings.
• Handle take-out and call-in orders, ring up transactions, and keep areas stocked.
• Assist with To-Go operations and delivering to-go orders as needed.
• Seat guests promptly, manage wait flow, and support a clean front of house.
• Assist with child-friendly needs, restrooms, and general hospitality.
• Balance cash drawer when required and adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform opening, shift change, and closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
