You will greet customers, manage quick orders, assist with seating, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area while providing a positive guest experience. The role requires English literacy and dependable, courteous conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling registers and orders.
• Experience operating a POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Fans warmly at the door and on the phone.
• Assist with take-out and call-in orders; ring and package orders.
• Seat Fans promptly according to the floor plan.
• Educate Fans on menu items and promotions.
• Keep greeting station and retail areas stocked and tidy.
• Maintain clean restrooms and assist with overall cleanliness.
