Job summary

Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium is seeking part-time Ticket Service Representatives to deliver world-class guest experiences at home games and events in Miami Gardens, FL. As a front-line ambassador, you will assist guests with inquiries, process ticketing needs in Ticketmaster, and maintain knowledge of stadium policies while representing the brand with professionalism.

Fluency in English required; Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; college degree preferred.
• Experience in service or sports industry desired.
• Willingness to work 80% of all stadium events (nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience by caring for, knowing, and connecting with guests.
• Respond to face-to-face inquiries and troubleshoot problems with swift, friendly service.
• Process and assist with tickets in Ticketmaster for Hard Rock Stadium events.
• Maintain knowledge of stadium operations and ticket office policies.
• Exhibit professional conduct and strong communication with guests and staff.
