Job summary

Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a Ticket Cashier to assist guests with ticket purchases and information at the resort’s ticket booth. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, ensuring a positive start to their experience with friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling cash and card transactions, providing resort information, and maintaining booth cleanliness under peak conditions. Weekend and holiday work is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and cash handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
• Provide guests with information about the resort, activities, and ticket options
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the ticket booth
• Process reports, credit receipts, and cash handling with accuracy
• Assist guests with any ticketing issues or questions and resolve complaints as needed
• Ensure a smooth and efficient guest flow at the ticket booth
