Job summary

Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Ticket Seller to handle ticket sales at the main gate using the POS system.

The role offers Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal openings with shifts between 8:30am and 9 or 10:00pm, based on park hours and guest occupancy. You will process credit card and cash transactions, assist guests with rentals and park information, maintain a safe and friendly environment, and help with stocking supplies while following all store policies

Qualifications

• Must present a friendly, professional attitude and provide quality guest service.
• Strong verbal and written communication and follow directions accurately.
• Ability to handle cash/credit card transactions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets to guests using POS system.
• Balance daily money bag and handle cash/credit wisely.
• Assist guests with tickets, rentals and park information.
• Maintain clean, safe, and guest-friendly environment.
• Help with restocking booth supplies and carry-ins checks.
