DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Teammate - Endzone & Loyalty to deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience while supporting athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. You will greet athletes and teammates, share product knowledge, and uphold store standards in a collaborative retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand their needs, and provide helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow policies for safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, and comply with external regulations including ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and participate in all-hands-on-deck activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
