Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Member to work with guests and team members across Service, Sandwich Line, and Production. You will complete CSCU training to perform duties and uphold the 10 Non-Negotiable Behaviors, embracing our culture while spreading joy.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, maintaining safety and sanitation, restocking, and supporting shifts. Prior experience is welcome but not required; must be at least 16 years old and have reliable

Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of products and ingredients.
Restock work area before leaving shift.

Attend scheduled employee meetings and share improvement suggestions.
Report problems to the supervisor promptly.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Ensure specials and promotions are presented per procedures during the morning shift.
Ensure restaurant hours are maintained during shift.
