The role emphasizes maintaining a clean dining area, adhering to Always Fresh procedures, and handling orders accurately with quick service in a fast-paced environment.

The Team Member will greet guests promptly, assist with drive-thru operations, and uphold health and safety guidelines while working collaboratively with the restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Provides important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression, e.g., clean uniform and neat appearance
• Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service through a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge
• Ensures every guest is greeted promptly, aiming for a warm greeting within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru
• Follows restaurant policies, procedures and standards to maintain quality and safety
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of front counter and drive-thru areas, especially during rush periods
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices in all tasks
