Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking Front of House Team Members who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. You will take orders, handle cash and credit cards, and provide immediate, respectful responses to guest needs.

You will also deliver meals and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and work space. We offer a fun work environment with flexible schedules, including Sundays closed, and opportunities to learn from an experienced Operator who cares about you and

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to lift and carry 10–55 lbs.
Able to stand for several hours.
Willingness to cross train to meet business needs.
Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and credit cards, and responding to guest needs.
Deliver meals to guests at their table or pickup area, and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness of dining room, patio, parking lot, and restrooms.
Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed throughout your shift.
Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of customer and work areas.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
