Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver friendly customer service to travelers while handling payments at the POS and assisting with food preparation in our travel plazas.

The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, and a dedication to food safety and brand standards. EOE/DFW.

Qualifications

• Interacts with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers in the plaza.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Assist in stocking and cleaning as needed.
• Prepare and serve food items according to brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Follow safety, food handling, and company policies.
