Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Team Member to be at the heart of the customer journey across our bowling centres. You’ll welcome guests, host events, and serve at the bar and diner with high energy and a friendly, engaging approach.

You’ll be trained across core areas of the centre, enabling you to add value at every stage, with induction and ongoing development. Centres operate seven days a week and offer progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, supportive and helpful team player.
• Flexibility with working hours and shift patterns.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at reception, host parties, or serve food and drink from the bar and diner.
• Provide support across key centre areas and contribute to the customer journey.
• May be required to work in the Kitchen.
