Job summary

Qualifications

• Great customer service, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at reception, host parties on the lanes or serve food & drink from the bar and diner.
• Provide engaging customer service with high energy and enthusiasm to ensure value-for-money experiences.
• Be trained across key areas of the centre to support the customer journey, including kitchen duties when required.
• Work across opening hours that typically run seven days a week, with varied shift patterns.
• Complete induction and ongoing training to develop your career within the group.
