Job summary

Pagoda Asian Grill by P.F. Chang’s is hiring Team Members to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced quick-service setting. You will help guests with orders, assist with menu recommendations, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

We offer competitive pay ($15.00 - $20.00 per hour) plus tips, flexible scheduling, paid training, advancement opportunities, and benefits for eligible team members. Prior food service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• We provide training!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Must be able to stand and walk for periods of four to ten hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: greet guests, assist with orders, and provide recommendations.
• Food Preparation: chop, slice, and dice ingredients; prep and assemble items.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: follow safety guidelines and cleanliness tasks.
• Cash Handling: manage cash and electronic payments, balance tills.
• Team Collaboration: communicate effectively with staff.
• Cleanliness & Organization: maintain a clean, organized workstation.
