Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Team Member in the Operations department. The role is part-time/variable hour and non-exempt, requiring a friendly, accurate, and efficient guest experience while upholding high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Responsibilities include serving guests, explaining menu items, handling orders and payments with the POS system, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler Certification may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to travel to the assigned restaurant location.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality results in customer service, safety, cleanliness, and product preparation.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Explains menu items accurately to guests.
• Records orders and processes payments using the POS/cash register.
