Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Trussville, AL is seeking a Team Member to support guest service, food preparation, and a welcoming atmosphere. This part-time role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and hospitality.

You’ll work with the crew to prepare signature menu items, keep the dining area clean and inviting, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with a friendly, genuine Freddy’s experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Preparing and serving exceptional steakburgers, custard, ect.
• Dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Always upholding the three pillars of quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
• Preparing and maintaining workstations, equipment and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
