Dash In in New Castle, DE is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to deliver outstanding service, manage transactions, keep a welcoming store environment, and support the team across roles to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of retail customer service, and flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends. US work authorization and 18+ years old are required, with background check and drug screening.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding service to guests, manage transactions, maintain a welcoming store environment, support the team across roles, and handle cash responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean both the interior and exterior, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our company‑paid GED program).
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification or a similar qualification.
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
